Greetings! I'm back from NCCI in Boston! I took advantage of this great learning opportunity and have volumes of Continuous Improvement ideas, practice, thoughts, and support to share with everyone. Today's update introduces you to the president of NCCI and a few of it's members. I also added the taste of Boston through visual media.

Looks like a fun trip.
There is some nice content to this video, but I almost think that the audio and the visuals should be split up. The pictures are great; I like the slide show. But the audio is about higher education and Continuous Improvement, which doesn't match the pictures.
I think the audio would work nicely as a podcast story, but the reporter's voice would need to be intermingled with the quotes, so the listeners understand what Continuous Improvement and NCCI are all about.
(I know these ideas might be challenging to pull off, but I think they would enhance this content).
