My First Session
I'm thrilled to be starting off the event with this great all-day hands-on workshop – Building a Strategy Map, Balanced Scorecard, and Strategy Management Framework.

NCCI's In BOSTON!
National Consortium for Continuous Improvement for Higher Education.
NCCI's vision is to function as a catalyst for higher education institutions to work collaboratively across institutions to employ effective methods for advancing academic and administrative excellence. To this end NCCI provides resources to its member institutions to help them to explore the concepts of continuous improvement.
